From Norwich or Rt 395, take Rt 2 West to Exit 25.

Take Rt 32 North to Rt 87 North to Rt 289 North.

Just before the intersection of Rt 289 and Rt 32, take a left into a small shopping center.

Go to the far (west) end of the parking lot; you will see train cars and a sign for the museum.

Follow the railroad tracks down a dirt road for about 1/2 mile to the parking area and entrance gate.

Alternate Route:

From Norwich or Rt 395, take Rt 2 West to Exit 25.

Follow Rt 32 North into Willimantic.

After Rt 32 merges with Rt 66, follow Rt 32 & 66 West for 6/10 mile.

Take a left onto Bridge Street. (Rt 289 South)

You will immediately come to a stop sign where eastbound traffic merges. Take a quick right after the stop sign and after crossing the railroad track (just before a small shopping center).

Follow the railroad tracks down a dirt road for about 1/2 mile to the parking area and entrance gate.
